Electrical Engineering Career Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work within the Engineering department.
Key responsibilities include facilitating enrollment in suitable courses, providing coaching and mentoring, and delivering underpinning knowledge sessions to learners.
Essential Requirements:- Professionally relevant qualification at minimum of Level 3 or equivalent
- Assessors qualification (TAQA)
- Quality Assurance qualification (401 TAQA Unit)
- Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Digital Literacy Level 2 qualification
- Experience of liaising with external managers in industry
- Commitment to quality standards within education
- Competence in digital technologies tools and applications
Desirable skills include proficiency in Welsh language and experience working with Google and Microsoft products.
