Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our support team at Ascend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and the retail network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and email support to customers and the retail network.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our solutions by reviewing regular system updates.
  • Assist with the creation, review, and maintenance of training and support resources.
  • Manage product management and maintenance, including hardware replacement and updates.
  • Support the growth of the customer base by gathering sales prospects, conducting product demos, and managing new customer installations.
  • Drive key projects across all areas of the business, including retail and wholesale efficiency processes and inventory projects.

Requirements:

  • Telephone-based customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of desktop operating systems, Office programs, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Experience in general SQL software is beneficial.
  • Some project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work occasional out-of-hours and weekend shifts, as well as travel.
