Job Description

This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in AI/GenAI solutions, including architecture design, development, and deployment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reusable AI frameworks.

  • Design and govern AI & ML reference architectures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards.
  • Implement and manage AI & ML operational frameworks (ML/AI Ops), integrating cutting-edge tools to streamline deployment and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Solution Designers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Contribute to architecture design within an Agile Delivery Tribe, working hands-on with AI & ML solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional individual with:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on delivering AI & ML solutions.
  • Proven expertise in AI/GenAI solutions, including creating architectures that balance business needs with cost, capability, and risk.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI & ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead AI Solution Architects, ensuring designs prioritise security, scalability, ethics, and data governance.
