About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics efforts and projects with full autonomy. In this role, you will be responsible for defining scope and approach, delivering actionable insights, and providing business recommendations.

You will be a thought leader in your domain, creating advanced insights that extend into adjacent areas of expertise and designing best practices that elevate analytics across the organisation.

This senior position demands a strategic mindset and hands-on technical expertise. You will provide leadership and mentorship to the Data team, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team capabilities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
  • Strong business facing stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic analytics programs.
