We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant/Customer Service. As the first point of contact for customers and corporate clients, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, scheduling bookings, and performing a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule daily bookings and confirm job details
- Liaise with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Complete reports, quotes, and other administrative tasks as required
- Provide outstanding customer service and strive to achieve targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced role, preferably in the insurance or construction industry
- Strong computer skills and ability to use internal systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic
