Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to advise boards, executives and major corporate clients on governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in directors' duties, board structures, compliance frameworks and best practices. They will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation and governance codes.

  • Advise on governance issues in restructures, M&A, joint ventures and IPOs.
  • Draft and implement governance policies, charters and deliver governance training.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

What You'll Need

  • Relevant degree as well as compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, advisory and stakeholder management skills.
