The OpportunityOur club is seeking Member Support Consultants who play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to driving sales growth using promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member experiences via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to customer enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the roster
- Involve actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending products that boost results and amplify experience
We are looking for candidates with current First Aid & CPR certificates. They should be able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and have a desire to help others succeed in their goals.
