Job Title: Secondary Inclusion Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Secondary Inclusion Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs and abilities.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teachers to assist students in achieving their individual educational goals and supporting them in programs set by the teachers. This includes working with students on an individual basis and within small groups, across all subject areas in the secondary campus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A commitment to contribute to the mission and Catholic ethos of the College;
  • Capacity to support students with Literacy and Numeracy needs;
  • Capacity to build positive relationships with students and staff;
  • Current Ochre Card or ability to obtain one;
  • Sound communication skills, both oral and written.
