Job Title: Gold Class Manager

A dynamic opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a premium cinema location.

  • Supervise and enhance guest service activities to achieve exceptional results.
  • Operate kitchen and bar facilities, as well as service counter areas, with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate the receipt of goods and liaise with suppliers on quality issues.
  • Ensure the Gold Class presentation meets the highest company standards.
Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight for Gold Class
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences through superior service.
  • Promote efficient food and beverage delivery.
  • Implement and maintain effective food and beverage systems.
  • Create a safe working environment.
Team Leadership
  • Effectively manage priorities and staff commitments.
  • Develop and motivate team members.
  • Provide guidance to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals.
Financial Performance
  • Assist in meeting revenue targets and expense budgets.
  • Maximise sales through product knowledge.
  • Efficiently handle cash transactions and audits.
Guest Focus
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and strive for excellence.
  • Proactively assist in hosting and managing guest flow.
  • Respond to guest feedback regarding Gold Class service.
Candidate Requirements
  • Potential - To progress F&B Manager, Duty Manager, Trainee Manger, Assistant Manager
  • Education - Completion of Grade 10 English and Maths.
  • Alignment with Guiding Principles - Team Oriented, Customer Focused.
