Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design
    • Design and oversee data solutions, including infrastructure, application, security, and information layers.
    • Ensure alignment with broader business initiatives and enterprise standards.
  • Power BI and Power Platform Management
    • Administer, configure, and optimize Power BI and Power Platform environments.
    • Manage license and storage utilization reporting.
    • Develop and implement best practices to enhance developer experiences.
  • Stakeholder Representation
    • Professionally represent the work area in meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide expert guidance and solutions based on stakeholder needs.
  • Collaboration and Alignment
    • Work closely with Data, IT, and IT Security groups to ensure platform/program alignment with broader initiatives and standards.
    • Collaborate with Cyber Security and Legal teams on data security and privacy.
  • Technical Documentation
    • Produce and/or review technical artifacts including Solution Architecture Documents, Detailed Designs, Security Accreditation Documentation, Executive Briefs, and Options Papers.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
    • Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues.
    • Demonstrate a passion for technology and commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Over 5 years of experience as an Architect specializing in CRM systems, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Representation and Oversight
    • Proven ability to represent work areas in meetings and workshops.
    • Responsibility and oversight of all layers of data solutions.
  • Power BI/Power Platform Administration
    • Extensive experience in administration, configuration, and optimization of Power BI and Power Platform.
    • Proficient in license and storage utilization reporting and developing best practices.
  • Alignment and Collaboration
    • Ability to ensure platform/program alignment with business initiatives and enterprise standards.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and passion for technology.
  • Technical Artefacts
    • Experience in producing/reviewing technical artefacts such as Solution Architecture Documents, Detailed Designs, Security Accreditation Documentation, Executive Briefs, and Options Papers.
  • Cloud Integration and Security
    • Experience in integrating cloud products with Power Platform.
    • Consulting experience with Cyber Security and Legal teams regarding data security and privacy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications
    • Relevant certifications in CRM systems, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure (preferred).
