Position: Assistant Coordinator (2IC)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Service in crafting enriching experiences for children
- Ensure adherence to program standards that surpass industry benchmarks
- Foster strong connections with the school community and parents
- Interact with primary school-aged children and promote enjoyment
- Take on leadership opportunities during School Holiday periods
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 6:00pm (After School Care)

Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for working with children and fostering a positive atmosphere
- Strong leadership capabilities within a team setting
- Eagerness to learn and advance in the field
- Excellent communication skills
- ACECQA qualification is advantageous, though not mandatory
