OSH Coordinator

About the Role

As a passionate and organised Coordinator, you will lead a team of Educators and manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
