Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our flagship showroom, this role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach. With prior experience in retail and/or healthcare, they will be able to provide product information, process quotes and orders, and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly communicate order progress to customers
- Provide product information and demonstrations
- Process quotes, orders, and invoices using our POS system
- Maintain showroom presentation and organization
- Assist with general office administration duties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- Prior experience in retail and/or healthcare
