About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, managing kitchen sections, and supervising team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare special meals or substitute items.
  • Manage team performance and standards.
  • Supervise kitchen sections.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
  • Ensure the quality of food items.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
  • Conduct trainings for others.
