About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents are met.
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity and privacy.
- Assist with mobility and transferring between different positions ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor health changes and report observations or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Support residents during meal times ensuring they receive necessary food and assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided observations and any changes in the resident's condition on eCase.
- Collaborate with nurses doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
- Adaptable passionate and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
