Key Account Manager - Sales Graduate

Are you a highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for stakeholder management? Do you have the ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies?

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager - Sales Graduate. You will be responsible for developing, selling, and implementing business plans to meet or exceed financial targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive business plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Managing distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to optimize sales performance.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities through data analysis and market research.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts to promote mutually beneficial business plans.
Qualifications
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Resident.
  • Currently completing final year of a Bachelor's degree or recent graduate.
  • Passionate about stakeholder management and communication.
  • Must hold an Australian Driver's License.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail industry preferred.
  • Maintain minimum credit average in university.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and team-oriented individual.
