Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

This role is focused on building and maintaining Australia's best fibre infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity for customers. You will provide technical phone support to field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer connection issues through effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Manage complex incidents and support appointments across multiple platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for operations teams, handling escalations from both offshore and onshore teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications.
  • A strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies, with proven ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.
