Job Overview

This role offers an opportunity to lead the strategic direction of fisheries facilities design across North America.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality projects within tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge of engineering design projects related to fish hatcheries, aquaculture, drinking water systems, wastewater systems, water intakes, pump stations, or water resource projects.

They will also hold a degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related field, with a strong commitment to quality improvement and industry best practices.

Apart from their technical expertise, the candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with senior engineers and biologists.
