About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Modeller to join our team at Pritchard Francis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality design documentation and technical reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed structural models using Revit Structure.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure design documentation meets project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of technical reports and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in structural design and BIM.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. As an intermediate modeller, you will require:

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in using Revit Structure or willingness to upskill quickly.
  • A sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
  • Working knowledge of BIM concepts and an understanding of creating working models.
  • Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Professional qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or similar equivalent industry experience.
