Role Overview

  • Provide pre-contract cost estimation services during the design phases of projects.
  • Conduct post-contract evaluation of progress claims and variations, along with cost reporting.
  • Engage with the local real estate market to acquire market insights beneficial for our service delivery.
  • Oversee commission management to ensure the effective execution of our services.
  • Collaborate with comprehensive cost management and project management teams in Queensland, offering support as necessary.
  • Work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Drive business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
