Technical Business Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with hands-on Java development experience to join our team. This role will involve working on the design, implementation, and support of high-performance, secure identity management systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, along with deep experience in identity and access management solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, as well as 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or software engineering role.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have 3+ years of experience with Java development in enterprise environments and 2+ years of experience in the identity and access management domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
