**About the Administration Officer Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to support our team as an Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, directing telephone enquiries appropriately, making appointments, assisting with rostering, managing petty cash and safe tins, and maintaining resident, staff, and contractor information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and other team members
- Act as the initial point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors
- Direct telephone enquiries appropriately
- Make appointments
- Assist with rostering
- Manage petty cash and safe tins
- Maintain resident, staff, and contractor information
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with Procure
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail, friendly attitude, and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and prioritise workloads
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
