Lady Gowrie QLD is a leader in providing high-quality education and care services. We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as an Operations Administrator for our Kindergarten Team.

About the Job
  • We are looking for a skilled administrator who has worked within the Early Childhood sector to provide operations administration support for Lady Gowrie Branch and Affiliate Kindergartens.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Kindergartens and the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Kindergartens and the Operations team.
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, parents, and community members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the education and care services industry and relevant legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
  • A valid Blue Card.
