Early Childhood Leadership Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Coordinator. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Centre Manager in the planning, delivery, and documentation of programs
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Assist with administration and financial management tasks
  • Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, educational program that meets the needs of children
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • An ACECQA-approved school-age qualification, including studies in education, community services, health, therapy, sports, or creative arts
  • A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
  • Experience in the education and care of children
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
