- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a recognized laboratory or technical qualification.
- Experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of laboratory principles, science concepts, and Work Health & Safety legislation.
