About Employee Engagement Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Survey Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our consultants with survey build, delivery, analysis, and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support consultants with survey build, delivery, analysis, and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients providing technical support.
  • Build client support materials.
  • Participate in internal product development.
  • Train consultants on new features.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Aptitude for working with technology systems and data.
  • Customer service skills in providing technical support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency.
  • Excellent time management, able to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to research and solve problems independently.
  • Capacity to communicate and coordinate work as part of a close team.
  • Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Business, Science, IT or a closely related discipline.
  • Commitment to staying in the role for at least 3 years.
  • Playful and willing to not take yourself too seriously.
  • Full-time role capacity.
  • Willingness to travel to meetings occasionally.
  • Australian citizenship, residency, or clear pathway to residency.
