Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to oversee our thriving community.

  • About the Role

    This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for professionals from various industries.

    The ideal candidate will have 1.5+ years' experience within a similar setting or in Hospitality/Retail Management, with a genuine passion for managing relationships and a proven track record of developing business.

  • Main Responsibilities
    1. Greet guests/visitors/members from the front desk and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
    2. Serve as the main point of contact for all members and facilitate introductions and relationship-building initiatives.
    3. Have a thorough understanding of all members and companies and drive initiatives to support each company's growth.
    4. Manage member issues and resolve conflicts to ensure a cohesive community.
    5. Organize and promote community-based events that meet requirements and provide collaboration opportunities.
    6. Ensure the building is fully operational and resolve maintenance issues by reporting to the Support Team.
    7. Coordinate workload and maintain expected standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Daily Operations
    • Manage daily schedules to ensure efficiency and organisation.
    • Communicate changes, new memberships, and events to the team.
    • Act as the main point of contact for member escalations.
    • Develop strong relationships with contractors and vendors.
  • Management and Leadership
    • Develop team capability through training and development, mentoring, and guidance.
    • Influence and engage the team by coaching them for success in their career path.
    • Conduct Performance Reviews and provide regular feedback on performance.
  • Occupancy
    • Conduct tours with companies looking for office space and drive new sales.
    • Follow up after tours and upsell enquiries.
    • Generate contracts and onboard new companies.
    • Update CRM with accurate information and manage membership changes.
