- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) is desirable but not essential.
- A solid understanding of food safety practices, kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with diverse groups of people.
- The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
