Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the agricultural industryStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
