About This Role

The Facilities Manager will be a key asset in the Infrastructure Department, responsible for overseeing various assets and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Exercising sound decision-making skills.
  • Utilizing high-level organisational and time management expertise.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a building/facilities management and service delivery context.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a facilities-related field.
  • Experience in managing service contracts.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • A working understanding of the requirements for multiple trades, including refrigeration, plumbing, general building maintenance, and fire protection systems.
  • A proven track record of safety management in an industrial or building environment.
  • A current 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
