Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to oversee the management of assets from receipt to upload. This dynamic role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and teamwork.

About the Role

  • To be successful in this position, you will ensure that all assets are accurately received, booked in, photographed, and uploaded within specified timeframes.
  • You will take high-quality photographs of assets and document features and damage.
  • Effective asset management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
  • You will assist with the safe unloading and loading of assets as required, adhering to safety protocols.
  • You will deliver exceptional service to vendors and buyers.
  • Maintaining a safe, productive, and enjoyable work environment, aligned with WHS procedures, is crucial.
  • You will collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals.

Your Requirements

  • A current and valid driver's license with manual driving capability.
  • A current forklift license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Possession of attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer literacy/ability to use an iPad.
  • The ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
