The Legal Practice Director will drive the strategic direction of the legal team, providing advice and casework services across various funded programs.
Key responsibilities include leading complex cases, supervising staff solicitors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
The successful candidate will identify opportunities for growth, build a high-performing team culture, and develop relationships with stakeholders.
They will also contribute to law reform, community education, and systemic advocacy initiatives.

- Provide legal supervision and mentoring to staff solicitors and volunteers
- Ensure continuous improvement, compliance with all professional and regulatory obligations
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities for growth aligned with our strategic goals
