As a key member of our aged care service, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing high-quality lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging social and recreational activities that promote independence, participation, and holistic wellbeing among residents.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum resident engagement.

• Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in lifestyle program coordination.

 

Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent) and/or relevant experience in aged care or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Passion for delivering person-centered care and promoting the rights and dignity of older adults.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and excellence.
