Lifestyle Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Program Coordinator. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing engaging activities programs and fostering meaningful relationships.
About the Role- You will work closely with our Lifestyle Manager to develop and deliver activities programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and our care team to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- You will possess a Certificate IV in Community Services (Leisure and Lifestyle) or a related qualification.
- Have at least one year's experience in a similar role within the health care or aged care sector.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and respectful approach.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
