Key Role: Veterinary Clinic Support

We are a veterinary practice seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Coreen Avenue. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patients, and maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice reception area.

About Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Vet Nurse or Vet Receptionist (a must)
  • 3 years of experience in receptionist and/or customer service ideal
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in RX Works
  • Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well within an exciting and vibrant team environment
  • Ability to maintain a calm disposition while working in a busy and dynamic customer service environment
