The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer/Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our prominent clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Rostered Hours

Monday to Friday, 0800-1630

Requirements

  • Current Security License
  • Control Room License - Highly regarded
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated at AU$60,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
