Job Opportunity
We are seeking highly skilled Security Officers to join our team in the Southeast and Melbourne Locality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform unlock/lock-up duties and manage access control systems.
- Conduct register and purchase confirmation audits.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and security duties.
- Guard, patrol, and monitor assigned premises.
- Respond to emergencies and calls for assistance.
- Evaluate and respond to potential risks.
Selection Criteria
- A current Security License and valid First Aid certification are essential.
- Proven experience in the security industry, with retail experience highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team.
