**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Site Worker to join our team. As a Site Worker, you will be responsible for assisting tradesmen on site, setting up site protection, and performing various demolition works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist construction professionals with tasks such as site maintenance, material handling, and waste management.
  • Set up safety measures to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Conduct demolition works including breaking down concrete, floor tiles, bathrooms, and kitchens.
  • Pick up and deliver materials to the construction site.
  • Collect waste from the site and maintain cleanliness.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the project manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is necessary.
  • A current NSW driver's license is mandatory.
  • Previous experience driving a tipper truck (car license) is beneficial.
  • A valid White Card is required.
  • You must be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess good time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork.
  • You should be punctual, reliable, and motivated.
