We are seeking a versatile hospitality professional to lead our team across multiple sites in Victoria, Australia. The primary site is located in Grovedale, but travel to other sites such as Geelong, Warrnambool, Ballarat, Melton, and Carrum Downs may be required.

This is a unique dual role that allows you to get hands-on experience with culinary preparation while driving community engagement during periods of annual leave. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and foster a welcoming community culture
  • Promote and serve meals that meet dietary and safety standards
  • Support resident wellbeing through great food and service
  • Manage contractors, compliance, and site presentation
  • Travel across VIC sites with allowances provided

Requirements:

  • A passion for cooking and community care
  • Some leadership experience in hospitality or residential services
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt across multiple locations
  • Food Safety Supervisor & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
