Retail Store Manager Position

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Retail Store Manager to manage our Parafield store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store.
  • Maintaining sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Providing regular results reports as required.
  • Managing employee rosters, recruitment, and development to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive retail experience.

In this role, you will be supported by your Regional Manager and wider People team to develop and train your crew members to ensure succession planning opportunities within the store and wider network.



Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Demonstrated successful experience in retail management.
  • The ability to drive sales growth and motivate employees to meet targets.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • An affinity with the surfing and board riding lifestyle to provide this experience to customers.
