Campsite and Facility Manager Role
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, mentoring and coaching abilities, and the capacity to develop a growing team.
We are seeking an exceptional Campsite and Facility Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our campsite, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach a growing and expanding team by developing their skills and expertise.
- Understand and utilise the site accommodation management systems as required to ensure seamless operations.
- Build and maintain relationships through quality delivery to clients, residents, and stakeholders by providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, stock takes, and wastage to prevent losses and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports for head office, financial reporting for retail shops, and timesheets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a safe work environment and provide ongoing feedback about opportunities for improvement to promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Hold a Blue Card (Working with Children) to ensure compliance with child protection laws.
- Have First Aid certification to respond to medical emergencies.
- Possess management experience to lead and motivate teams.
- Have computer skills, specifically Office products and RMS experience to efficiently manage data and operations.
