
Specialist Pharmaceutical Representative

This role requires a dedicated team of innovators, discoverers, and caregivers who are passionate about promoting cutting-edge therapies for blood disorders to healthcare professionals. As a Pharmaceutical Representative in Haematology, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and creating value for our stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of Haematology treatments to healthcare providers within an assigned territory.
- Developing and executing territory plans to maximize opportunities and drive results.
- Building strong relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals through regular engagement and communication.
- Providing expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of our treatment to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
We seek individuals with a passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You should have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years or equivalent level of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in a similar capacity.
- Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data in this therapeutic area.
- Ability to prioritize and manage external stakeholder requests effectively.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within (and at times, outside) the assigned territory.
This Melbourne-field-based role will cover a defined territory within VIC. Having a valid driving license and the full eligibility to live and work in Australia is necessary for this position.
