Role Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective members and guests, both in person and over the phone.
  • Conduct centre tours, process memberships, and maintain accurate data entry systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with all centre services and activities, promoting healthy food options and developing good working relations with patrons.
  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with our company values.
