About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NTT DATA as a Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager, where you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of NTT services to the agreed security standard and helping clients adopt additional security capability to enhance their security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security relationships with clients, understanding their operational environment and the role NTT plays in delivering their ISMS outcomes;
- Deliver contracted inputs to clients' compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Lead regular NTT internal security reviews to ensure compliance with applicable frameworks;
- Ensure NTT's vulnerability management and patching obligations are met, maintaining a robust and proactive information security posture;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify security risks and vulnerabilities, recommending rectification activities;
- Work with clients and NTT subject matter experts to resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations;
- Manage client third-party vendor risk assessment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Good leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and motivating diverse delivery and cross-functional teams;
- In-depth understanding of security technologies, tools, and best practices, with industry certifications highly favourable;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results;
- Experience working as a CSO, CISO, or Information Security Manager, with a strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery environments;
- Extensive background in managing security incident management services, security audits, business continuity planning, and risk management;
- Well-versed in compliance and specific regulatory and privacy requirements, with existing AGSVA Clearance or ability to obtain one highly desirable.
