As a Principal Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager at NTT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of our services meets the highest security standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients enhance their security posture and adopt additional security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their operational environments and the role NTT plays in delivering ISMS outcomes.
  • Lead incident response efforts, working closely with clients' security teams and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Deliver contracted inputs to clients' compliance processes, ensuring seamless integration with our services.
  • Conduct regular internal security reviews to ensure NTT's compliance with applicable frameworks.
  • Ensure NTT's vulnerability management and patching obligations are met, maintaining a secure environment for our clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with clients and NTT stakeholders to enhance our information security and risk processes.
  • Recommend security enhancements to clients, addressing their operational and security challenges.
  • Work with clients and NTT subject matter experts to identify security risks and vulnerabilities, proposing effective rectification activities.

Requirements:
  • Industry accreditations such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a CSO, CISO, or Information Security Manager is essential.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of operating within an ITIL-based service delivery environment.
  • Extensive background in managing security incident management services, security audits, business continuity planning, and risk management.
  • Well-versed in compliance and specific regulatory and privacy requirements.
  • AGSVA Clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable.
