The Role
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions
  • Set up new suppliers
  • Enter purchase orders into system
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Generate payment runs weekly and end of month
  • Reconcile accounts and credit cards
  • Process payroll, including payments and statutory obligations
  • Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and leave
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries
  • Respond to payroll enquiries and produce reports as needed
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience in Accounts Payable within the Construction Industry
  • Demonstrated experience with Payroll processing within the Construction Industry
  • Working knowledge of large ERP systems and MS Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
