Are you looking for a global finance role with real impact? This position will give you the opportunity to work across international subsidiaries in a dynamic group. You will be responsible for delivering month-end close in line with a global close timetable, coordinating group-wide consolidation with international finance teams and designing, implementing and monitoring key finance policies across the group.

  • Deliver high-quality financial results while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Coordinate the preparation of consolidated financial reports and statements.
  • Develop and implement effective finance policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the global finance risk matrix and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review key balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate monthly consolidation.
  • Provide technical accounting advice and translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Participate in the end-to-end external audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement a robust global finance intercompany matrix to facilitate seamless communication between teams.

Requirements:

  • CPA or CA qualified with a strong understanding of accounting standards.
  • Proven experience in complex groups with multiple subsidiaries.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills with the ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong finance systems experience with knowledge of ERP systems.
  • A self-motivated individual who can operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A natural coach and mentor who enjoys developing team capability and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Deep technical accounting expertise with the ability to provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
