Transform your finance career by leading the financial control function in a dynamic and global ASX-listed organization. As a Senior Manager, Financial Control, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing consolidation and reporting across international subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver month-end close within a tight global timetable
  • Coordinate group-wide consolidation with international finance teams to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and implement key finance policies across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and compliance
  • Oversee the global finance risk matrix and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review critical balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate monthly consolidation records
  • Translate technical accounting advice into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Participate in the end-to-end external audit process to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • CPA or CA qualification with proven experience in complex ASX-listed groups
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, including IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Experience working with foreign subsidiaries and integrating acquisitions to drive business growth
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills to analyze and present complex data
  • Strong finance systems experience with ability to adapt to new technologies
  • A self-motivated individual with ownership mindset, able to work independently and drive results
  • A natural coach and mentor who can develop team capabilities and foster a culture of excellence
  • Deep technical accounting expertise with confidence in applying complex standards
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
