Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid working environment.

This role can be based in various locations across Australia, offering the autonomy to work a mix of on-site, in the office, and from home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.
  • Manage time effectively while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely and collaborating with colleagues in the office.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Be registered with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
