As a graduate economist, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of economic and research-based projects with leading economic policy analysts.

About the Role

You will contribute to informing decisions on policies that benefit the Australian people. Your work will involve areas across government fiscal and monetary policies, budgetary policies, domestic and international economic situations, and forecasting changes in the economic environment.

Targeted training and development will be provided to progress your skills, knowledge, and confidence as a valued member of the Australian Public Service.

Primarily, we are looking for graduates who have studied economics and econometrics.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to final year students and graduates of economics or econometrics.
